Why I am building a family business for my five children

As a father of five children, I understand the importance of building a family legacy that will benefit future generations. So Pyke decided that it was time to prioritize his family and make a change. He sold his businesses, and while most people in his position would have retired and enjoyed the fruits of their labor, Pyke felt a strong desire to give back and make a difference in the world.

He started a business with a mission to help people, and especially children, overcome their insecurities and reach their full potential. This is a side project that will take the rest of his working life and involves providing knowledge sharing and creating the right moral and work ethics within his 5 young children.

This philanthropic mission is deeply ingrained in our company culture and is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that by helping others, we can create a better world for future generations, and that's why we are dedicated to being the best in our field, and providing the best service possible to our clients.

That is why my business is a part of that legacy and it is an important aspect of my life and my family's future. However, it is not my only focus. I am also committed to using my skills and experience to make a positive impact in the business world and in my community.

By sometimes taking on (interim) leadership or management positions, I am not only bettering my own life, but also the lives of my family and those around me. I believe that by being a part of a bigger company and contributing to its success, I am not only building my own legacy but also the legacy of the hiring company.
